January 14, 2015 – After extensive preparation RP Abrasives is pleased to announce its ISO 9001:2008 certification following the adoption of an effective Quality Management System (QMS), which is accredited by both ANAB (US) and UKAS (UK). The ISO 9001:2008 certification focuses on areas involving customer satisfaction, supplier relations, and the overall efficiency and quality of leadership within an organization. This certification recognizes RPA as a reputable surface finishing facility with a process approach to quality management, featuring products and services that meet customer expectations and strict regulatory requirements.
The scope of RPA’s registration includes precision finishing, passivation and assembly of manufactured parts as well as assemblies for surgical, medical, semiconductor, vacuum, aerospace, military, food processing, commercial, and other industries nationwide.
Following the certification RP Abrasives was featured in two reputable publications last month; NTMA and The Gateway magazine. It is RPA’s hope that with an ongoing focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to excellence that our company will continue to flourish under ISO 9000’s stringent quality management system requirements.
