Vibratory Tumbling
Vibratory tumbling uses friction to smooth copper parts. The vibrating media moving against the copper and creates the desired effect.
High-Energy Tumbling
High-energy tumbling involves putting copper parts, media, water and a surfactant into a barrel sealed tightly with a lid. The carousel of the barrel is harnessed and develops an incredibly powerful centrifugal force that efficiently finishes the copper part to the job's specifications.
